Bank Loan information needed

Hi All,
just wondering if anybody has already secured a loan yet.
If anyone could help me finding following things about the loan -

1- what documents are needed from builder to get the loan or is agreement is sufficient to secure a loan?
2- if not who to contact for the documents, is it Komal the CR person or someone else?

Hi Naresh,

Were you able to secure the loan ? I have been trying to get some agents contact from Prestige. I am not getting a good reply. Do you know if the project has been approved ?

Hari,
I havent applied for the loan yet, just waiting to get the agreement signed.
What I heard last was that prestige is still waiting for floor plan approval.
Once they get this I will get the agreement thing done.

For loan - 2 banks have already approved (one is HDFC and another one i cant remember the name)
and prestige gave submitted docs at other banks too like SBI.(That is what I am told)

As I am looking to apply the loan at SBI, so waiting for agreement as I mentioned.

We were told by Komal that HDFC has approved this property for home loan and they will start all the processing once they get the hard copy from BBMP.
No other bank has so far approved this property. But as per Komal, the processing is on for other banks as well.

We are also waiting for SBI to approve this property so that I can approach them for loan.

By next month the agreement will begin is what we are told by Komal.

I had the similar information, me being away from Blore for the time being , makes it harder for me to keep a regular contact with Prestige people.

Just on SBI Loan - Have you spoken to any branch yet about the loan? I spoke with someone in indiranagar branch on phone, and with Prestige being the builder , I got the impression it shouldn't be a problem.
OR
Has anyone had a discussion with SBI?
